Self-Leadership Coaching

Whether you’re navigating a career transition, creative pivot, or personal crossroads, this approach helps you pause, turn inward, and listen to what’s happening inside.

This work is for you if you’re:

➺ Pulled in different directions and want to feel more internally aligned

➺ Prone to people-pleasing, pushing, or second-guessing yourself

➺ Noticing patterns in relationships that leave you exhausted

➺ Carrying stress, grief, or uncertainty and want steadier footing

What is IFS?

Internal Family Systems (IFS), a model developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz, recognizes that we’re all made up of “parts”. Some that strive, some that worry, some that want to hide, and others that long for change. These parts aren’t problems to fix; they’re intelligent strategies your system developed for a reason.

At the center of it all is your Self, the grounded and curious core within you that can lead with clarity, compassion, creativity, and courage.

Self-Leadership is what becomes possible when your parts feel heard rather than overridden. It's the capacity to stay grounded when things are uncertain, to make decisions from your own center rather than from panic or habit, and to meet even the most difficult parts of yourself with curiosity instead of judgment.

Most of us have spent years being led by our parts without knowing it — driven by the achiever, silenced by the critic, exhausted by the one who holds everything together. Self-Leadership coaching is the practice of changing that relationship. Not by getting rid of those parts, but by helping them trust that something steadier is available to lead.

“Working with Asya has been a breath of fresh air. She is so peaceful, gives you space to think and asks the kinds of questions that genuinely open your mind and self-awareness. After our sessions, I found myself more aware of my actions and the deeper reasons behind my reactions. I was able to name all the different conflicting parts. She never imposed her perspective; her approach was kind and respectful throughout.”

— Ayka Williams, Designer

“In four sessions, Asya helped me relate to my parts with more respect. Instead of fighting it, I can hear my inner critic without it running the show, and I feel more grounded in my day-to-day choices. Her guidance is gentle, and I’ve really benefited from our work together.”

— H.S., Artist and Teacher
