For professionals, entrepreneurs, and creative teams who are navigating change — and ready to understand what's happening beneath the surface.

I'm Asya Palatova — designer, IFS-informed coach, and creative collaborator based in Cleveland, Ohio. I work with people and teams who are building something and keep running into themselves in the process.

I’m also a ceramics artist inspired by landscapes, seascapes, and horizons. I love to photograph Lake Erie and nature on my daily walks — and those images are what you see throughout this site.

What My Clients Say

“Working with Asya to design and implement our branding and website was a real pleasure. She first helped us to articulate our vision for our business through coaching, and then amplified that vision with her design choices.”

Susan Matthews, Founder, Overlap

“When I started working with Asya, I felt stuck and unsure how to position my long tenure at one company in today’s job market. I knew I had strong leadership and project experience, but I wasn’t confident in how to clearly communicate my value. Through our work together, I gained clarity, direction, and a lot more confidence in telling my story. Asya brought structure and honest feedback that made the entire process feel manageable instead of overwhelming. I’d absolutely recommend her to anyone who wants thoughtful guidance and a clear path forward.”

“Asya has a gentle, straightforward, and highly intuitive approach. She helped me during one of the most unmooring transitions of my life with her authentic and informative sessions. I was led to explore areas in myself long buried with a renewed interest.”

~Akira Mann, Artist

“Thank you for your thoughtful and insightful coaching throughout my transition. Your guidance provided the perspective I needed to navigate challenges, reflect on opportunities, and celebrate progress along the way. Whether I was processing concerns or sharing job updates, your steady support helped me better understand myself, remain positive, and intentional. I’m truly thankful for your intuitive approach and the encouragement you brought to each conversation.”

~D.E., Professional in Transition

“In four sessions, Asya helped me relate to my parts with more respect. Instead of fighting it, I can hear my inner critic without it running the show, and I feel more grounded in my day-to-day choices. Her guidance is gentle, and I’ve really benefited from our work together.”
