Hello and welcome. I’m Asya Palatova — designer, IFS-Informed coach, and creative collaborator.
I work with individuals and teams navigating transition and reinvention. Whether that's building a new brand and website, bringing a creative project to life, or doing the internal work to lead yourself with more clarity and confidence.
My professional path has been anything but linear. I've led creative teams, taught design students, built a ceramics studio from the ground up, and guided professionals after a layoff. Each chapter taught me something essential about systems, people, and change.
My personal path has been just as instructive. I've done my own work around boundaries, people-pleasing, and recognizing relational patterns that left me exhausted. I've learned to stop performing for approval, trust my instincts earlier, and lead myself with more clarity and compassion. That lived experience, the wins and the hard-earned lessons, deeply informs how I coach and show up in my daily life.
I know what it's like to be pulled in different directions, second-guess yourself, and wonder why relationships (work, romantic, family) feel so depleting. And I know what it takes to shift those patterns from the inside out. The wins gave me confidence; the hard moments gave me perspective.
Whether we're building a website, navigating a transition, or delivering a creative project—this is what I bring: empathy for the learning curve, respect for the messiness of reinvention, and trust that even the difficult parts belong.
I hold an ACC from ICF, am IFS-Informed and trained by IFSI, and have an MFA from RISD.
