Ciena Brand Implementation
Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

Ciena is a global telecommunications company serving enterprise and network infrastructure clients worldwide. I was brought into the project by Stitzlein Studio, the design firm leading Ciena’s large-scale rebrand and implementation effort spanning digital, print, exhibition, and internal brand systems.

The engagement involved collaboration across strategy, design, marketing, copywriting, digital production, and executive stakeholder teams over an extended multi-phase rollout. Working alongside creatives and production partners, I supported coordination and implementation as the updated identity system expanded across website applications, collateral systems, exhibition materials, presentations, social media assets, and video content.

My role focused on helping complex creative work move clearly from concept through execution — organizing workflows, tracking deliverables and timelines, facilitating communication between teams, and supporting the practical rollout of the evolving brand system across multiple platforms and applications.

The project deepened my experience working inside large collaborative branding initiatives where creative development, production, systems thinking, and cross-functional coordination all needed to move together cohesively.
