Agnethe Glatved - Creative Director

Agnethe Glatved is a New York City-based creative director with more than 20 years of experience leading photoshoots and producing visual content across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industries.

The central challenge of the project was organizing a large and diverse body of work into a portfolio structure that felt cohesive, accessible, and easy to maintain over time. With years of imagery spanning multiple clients, aesthetics, and categories, the goal was to create a system that highlighted the strength of the work without overwhelming the viewer.

Agnethe and I worked collaboratively through a series of weekly one-hour sessions focused on content organization, editing, website structure, and visual pacing. Together, we developed a clean and minimal Squarespace website designed to foreground the imagery while creating a more intuitive viewing experience across desktop and mobile platforms.

Rather than functioning solely as a designer-for-hire relationship, the process was intentionally collaborative and educational. In addition to designing the site, I trained Agnethe in Squarespace so she could confidently update and expand the portfolio independently as new work was created.

My role included website strategy, content organization, Squarespace design and development, visual editing guidance, and platform training.

The project reflects my interest in helping creative professionals simplify complex bodies of work into clear, flexible online experiences that can continue evolving alongside their careers.
