I partner with professionals, solopreneurs, and caregivers who are navigating career transitions, reinvention, and the uncertain in-between seasons. You know something needs to change, but you're not yet sure what, or how, or whether you have what it takes to get there.

My approach is grounded in the understanding that people need different kinds of support at different stages of change.

Rather than applying a single method from start to finish, I guide our work in phases, adjusting our focus and structure as your clarity, capacity, and confidence grow. We begin with structure and support: practical, grounded, and oriented toward forward movement. As things settle, we shift into meaning-making and integration. And by the end, you are leading your own process with stronger self-trust and internal steadiness.

Throughout, I pay close attention to what's happening beneath the surface: the competing voices, the parts of you that pull in opposite directions, the exhaustion that has been there longer than this particular moment. These aren't obstacles to the work; they are the work.

This allows our coaching to be both practical and reflective, supportive and self-directed, structured and spacious. We move at a pace that fits you, and may return to earlier phases as needed.

  • Safety, clarity, and the first steps inward.

When change is recent or overwhelming, we begin by creating stability — practical and internal. We sort what matters, reduce unnecessary pressure, and start listening to what your system is actually telling you beneath the noise.

    In this phase I offer:

    • Practical support for immediate decisions and next steps

    • Professional positioning — narrative, portfolio, direction

    • Help navigating complexity and reducing overwhelm

    • A first meeting with the parts of you that are most activated right now — the ones driving hard, the ones exhausted, the ones that aren't sure what comes next

    • Grounding when stress, fatigue, or shutdown arise

This phase is active and collaborative. We move forward and we go inward — because in my experience, you cannot do one without the other.

  • Meaning-making, pattern recognition, and deepening self-trust.

As the acute pressure settles, the work shifts. We move from managing the situation to understanding it — what it's revealing about who you are, what you want, and what has been running underneath the surface for longer than this particular moment.

In this phase I support you by:

    • Connecting patterns across your experience and your internal system

    • Clarifying your values, strengths, and what you actually want — not just what makes sense on paper

    • Working with the parts of you that are in conflict, exhausted, or holding you back from what you already know

    • Refining your professional identity and story from the inside out

    • Supporting decisions that honor the whole of who you are

Here I offer less direction and more space — because by now, your own clarity is beginning to lead.

  • Self-trust, integration, and intentional forward movement.

By this point you are resourced to lead your own process. My role becomes lighter and more spacious — less guide, more witness.

    In this phase I offer:

    • Client-led reflective conversations

    • Space to think, feel, and choose deliberately

    • Support for values-aligned decisions and next steps

    • Continued work with any parts of your system that need attention as you move forward

    • Strengthening of the internal leadership that has been building throughout our work together

This is where the work lands in your body, your choices, and your life — not just your thinking.

    • More steadiness and agency in the face of uncertainty and stress triggers

    • Clearer direction and a grounded plan you can follow

    • Stronger self-trust and self-leadership in decision-making

    • A clearer professional narrative (how you describe what you do and what you’re moving toward)

    • Practical next steps that match your capacity, so momentum is sustainable

  • $2400 total for a 12-session coaching package.
    Payment plans available.

    • 12 coaching sessions (60 minutes each)
Weekly for 3 months, held via Zoom

    • After each session: A brief follow-up
Recap + reflective prompts to support integration
Clear between-session focus (what to notice, try, or track)

    • Between-session email support (Mon–Fri)
For short updates, questions, obstacles, or quick recalibration
      Replies within 24 hours
      Not long-form coaching by email

How This Serves You

This phase-based structure means the coaching evolves with you, rather than asking you to fit a fixed format. You receive practical support when you're in the middle of something urgent, and spacious reflection when you're ready to go deeper. You don't have to choose between moving forward and understanding what's been holding you back. We do both.

What You're Investing In

When you work with me, you're not getting a single method applied from session one to session twelve. You're getting a coach who pays close attention to what you say, to what you almost say, to the voice that just got quiet, and to the part of you that already knows what it needs.

I bring both structure and genuine curiosity to this work. I'll help you think through real decisions, and I'll notice when something important arrives. I know when to push and when to wait. And I believe that the parts of you that seem like obstacles, the resistance, the exhaustion, the competing pulls, are usually the most important things to understand.

This is careful, committed work. And it's designed to leave you more resourced, more self-directed, and more able to lead your own life.
