Creative Path Spotlight: Matthew Septimus
Matthew (Instagram: @matthewseptimus) and I met in the early 90's when we started working together on photoshoots while I was at Pentagram in NYC. I believe for our first job, the client literally asked the models to swing from chandeliers. And Matthew pulled it off without any damage done to the 5th Avenue historical mansion!
We continued to work together while I worked at Martha Stewart Living. Brooms and dish-washing brushes never looked so good! (Remember that one, Matthew?)
We have traveled together in New York City, England, Mexico, Rhode Island, Cape Cod, and have become family. Our most recent collaboration was Matthew’s website. Together with Agnethe Glatved, our power team reviewed, organized, and created a record of four decades of Matthew's spectacularly diverse work.
